Your Tasks:
Organisation of your team including assignment to project sites, shift schemes and work packages.
Organization and guidance for the in-process inspections during all manufacturing, assembly, integration and test (MAIT) activities.
Control of relevant MAIT records and guidance for the MAIT team to perform the product related documentation tasks
Organisation and support of Nonconformance Review Boards, Test Readiness Reviews and Post Test Reviews
Support of environmental tests as responsible QA representative
Performance of MIPs, KIPs and in-process inspections
Responsible for the delivery of the QA documentation of your team
Your Qualifications:
Completed Exam as Technician or University Degree
Experience in the performance of inspections, preferably in the field of space industry
Knowledge in quality methods of manufacturing and testing
High level of responsibility
Ability to make decisions with consideration of customer requirements and opinions, and to escalate
Team orientation and openness
Fluent in English
Desirable:
Experience with work in cleanrooms (Cleanliness class ISO 8 and ISO 5)
Knowledge of the ECSS-Standards, especially ECSS-Q-ST-10 und -20
Knowledge of NCTS (Non-conformance Tracking System)
