French Speaking Senior Program Manager - Freelance - Paris
Duration: 6 months+
A fantastic and long term opportunity to be part of a global transformation program for an experienced Program Manager and help my client achieve a unique leadership position in a very competitive market.
The project enters another phase and needs an experienced Program Manager to strengthen the momentum, prioritise the key actions and measure the progress on the main transformation axes (leading KPIs).
You will be part of a Transformation Management office and be responsible for the following:
- Tracking of Key results and KPIs;
- Animation of the workstreams reviews;
- Support of other project leaders and workstream leaders in terms of reporting
- Identification of Key achievement to feed internal communication and reporting
- Quarterly Business Review preparation
- Internal communication document preparation in collaboration with the marketing team
- Contribution to change management activities in collaboration with HR
Know-How and experience required:
- Previous Project and Program management experience in a transformation context
- Storytelling and Editorial skills (you can create concise and aesthetic slides)
- Excellent Communication skills you are able to gain people's trust, help them but also challenge their views in a constructive way
- Result oriented
- Experience with executive reporting
- Previous experience with financial reports
- Minimum 6 year's experience in a similar function
- International exposure
- Fluent French and English
