Our client is an exciting satellite company looking for a Service Delivery Manager. In this role you would be the primary point of contact for customers and would be responsible for delivery of customer requirements.


Key Tasks:

• As the primary contact for the customers you would be responsible for tasks including:
o Understanding the customer requirements and contract obligations.
o Managing any issues the customer has.
o Payment of invoices.
• Communicating with technical teams to ensure that the service matches the customers requirements.
• Ensure that any issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
• Produce monthly performance reports for the system and service, both internal and external.
• Present at the Monthly Management Review Board.
• Management existing tool sets and procedures to improve the service and delivery for customers.
• Work with third parties to plan and execute calibration campaigns.


Experience:

• Experience in service delivery management, ideally for satellite operations or within the engineering/aerospace sector.
• Experience of working with space and ground segments is beneficial.

• Highly organised with clear communication skills
• Excellent inter-personal skills - both written and oral communications
• Ability to interface with customers and technical representatives
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, and an ability to work on multiple projects.
• Results orientated, pro-active, organised, and proven ability to deliver under pressure.
• Willingness for occasional domestic and international travel.
