AS HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, YOU WILL:

•Research and identify new business opportunities (growth areas, new markets, customers, trends)
•Actively approach clients and engage with them by generating proposals and responding to calls of proposals
•Present the company and its products to customers
•Negotiate potential business sales deals with the client and internal technical teams
•Participate in relevant industry events, trade shows, and space conferences in the US
•Develop and implement strategic company plans and programs in the US
•Discuss promotional strategy and activities with marketing department


WE EXPECT YOU TO:

•Have at least 5 years of experience in business development or active sales in Aerospace Industry
•Have experience in leading a business development team
•Be able to think strategically based on sales numbers and business needs
•Have strong and persuasive communication and negotiation skills
•Have a flexible problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail skills
•Be proactive and show a high interest in learning and continuous improvement

NICE TO HAVE:

•Previous sales experience working with satellites solutions
•Previous experience working with governmental institutions
•Previous experience in leading a team
•Engineering background in aerospace
