Your Tasks

• Definition of the tests to be performed in the frame of the verification process in
agreement with engineering and the verification manager

• Time- and resource planning of the tests to be performed

• Inclusion of the electrical test activities of the full AIT process in agreement with
the AIT manager

• Presentation of the test concepts towards the customer, focal point of contact
for the customer regarding electrical testing

As the technical coordinator for the project group of test engineers you are responsible for:

• Execution of electrical tests on platform and satellite level: interface tests,
functional tests, performance tests AOCS, Power, TT&R, On-board Data Handling
(OBDH) as well as support for payload testing

• Documentation of tests, preparation of test reports

• Test preparation of hardware (configuration of item under test)

• Preparation of test procedures

Requirements:

Degree in electrical engineering, space technology, information technology or
comparable qualifications

• Substantiated knowledge in more than one of the following areas: attitude
control, power subsystems, TT&R or OBDH

• Experience in use of EGSE and electrical measurement tools

• Several years of experience in testing on satellite or subsystem level

• Leadership skills, which ideally can be proven by your experience in former
employments

• Well-developed communication skills, used to work in a team

• Sense of responsibility and an effective way of working

• Fluency in written and spoken English
