Our client, one of the top 3 European Space and Satellite companies are looking for a Mechanical-Thermal-Propulsion Architect to join there team in Germany on a permanent or contract basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Requirement flow down to MTP Subsystems (Structure, Thermal, Propulsion, Design)
- Generation and maintenance of mechanical, thermal and propulsion design
- Physical accommodation of satellite & corresponding analyses
- Assembly and Integration Sequence of the satellite including alignment and tolerances
- Definition of mechanical, thermal and propulsion verification activities
- Interface management and Specification maintenance
- Interfaces to MGSE
- Support to AIT planning and support to AIT activities
- Mechanical, Thermal and Propulsion ICDs
- Budget Contributions: Mass, Propellant, Dissipation, Pointing Contribution from Structure
- Generation and maintenance of Subsystems Specifications (Subsystem level, combined URD and Subsystem requirements) for Thermal, Structure, Propulsion
- Handling, decision and processing of Non Conformance Reports (NCR) in context with MTP

Qualification:

- University degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Processes
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in collaboration with AIT Team
- Experience in satellite mechanical and thermal test campaign
- Familiarity with space engineering standards (especially ECSS)
- Good communication and team skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English
