Your knowledge of Simulation and training systems as well as strong expertise of working as a System Engineer will play a crucial part in the further growth of our customers Systems team. Devices and projects range in complexity from classroom based desktop training all the way up to high fidelity weapon systems and full-flight training systems including full visual, motion, and simulator interoperability (HLA/DIS).

As a Systems Engineer you will be responsible for Capturing and analyse customer requirements; derive product requirements, include technical demonstration, technical documentation, support to bids and proposals, design reviews, configuration, integration and test and acceptance phases of simulation and training systems.
You will collaborate with product specialists, software engineers, testers, hardware engineers, and project management to develop cutting edge simulation and training solutions.
You will also recognise technical Risks / Opportunities as they arise and actively pursue them. Your input will be required to develop engineering estimates for Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Bid proposals, using applicable enterprise estimation tools.

About You:

We are looking to speak to Systems engineers with substantial experience of working with simulation and training systems. Your expertise will also include ability to focus on Customer requirements to specify, develop, document and test new systems solutions. You will utilise your knowledge of V model development methodology and sound systems engineering practises.

Part of the role will require you to travel internationally (10%) to support project requirements such as design reviews, acceptance testing and working group meetings.
