Karen is passionate about the recruitment industry and has over 30 years’ experience in our niche markets; engineering and technology. She is particularly interested in encouraging young people to consider a career in engineering. Outside of work every spare moment it spent with her horses, dogs, friends, and family.
Graham has many years’ experience working as a software engineer and project manager in the defence, aerospace and telecommunications sectors. He looks after all technology aspects of the business. In his spare time Graham is a keen cyclist and Strava user, always training for cycling trips to mountainous regions across Europe.
Claire has 15 years recruitment experience, including over 10 years with Capital International. Working as Managing Consultant in the space sector, Claire covers both the European and US markets. In her spare time, Claire loves to travel and has been to over 40 countries, spanning 6 continents… only Antarctica remains!
Senior Recruitment Consultant
Monika is a specialist consultant working on Capital’s space sector team. She uses her 10 plus years’ of technology recruitment experience to successfully manage the key clients across the those sectors and identify scarce skill sets across Europe and the USA. In her spare time she enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and spending time with her young family.
Artur joined Capital in 2019 as a Delivery Consultant for the Space industry, and was promoted to Recruitment Consultant in 2021. He finds it very exciting talking to new people every day, knowing that he can change their lives by placing them in their dream jobs. Outside of work, Artur enjoys spending time with his son and wife, visiting new places, gardening and fixing cars – even if they are not broken!
Dihan has previous 360 recruitment experience before joining the Capital Team in 2021 as a Delivery Consultant. He loves talking to people and helping them into the career they deserve. In his free time, he enjoys playing football, going to the gym, spending time with his kids, and going on family walks with their dog.
Calum joined Capital in 2021 and is excited to be a valued member of the delivery team. He enjoys talking to new people, especially those he can learn from, making him very enthusiastic about working with the space industry. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and streaming videogames. To offset his desk-bound hobby he likes swimming in the sea and being in the great outdoors.
Marieanne is new to recruitment, and very pleased to have joined Capital. She’s looking forward to learning, speaking with new people, and succeeding in recruitment. She has always dreamt of doing a job which enables her to engage, interact with, and help others. In her spare time, Marieanne loves to sing, bake, and spend time with friends. She also loves the outdoors, always looking for new adventures!
Jenny first joined Capital in 2001, and after a brief venture elsewhere in 2005 she returned in 2006 as a Senior Finance Assistant. She primarily looks after Capital’s contractors, making sure they get paid on time. Jenny spends most of her spare time with her family, often being the usual ‘taxi’ driver that most parents are!
Kelly has been with Capital for over 20 years and has been working in the Finance Department for all that time. She is responsible for maintaining the Purchase Ledger daily, as well as expenses, credit checks and monthly reporting. In her spare time she goes to Zumba and Zumba Strong classes and runs around taking her son to Basketball, she also like to go camping with friends in their campervans!
Sophie joined the Capital Team in 2017, she is responsible for Capital’s digital presence. Her days are spent managing the Capital website, scheduling posts, and organising marketing campaigns. In her spare time she enjoys working with horses, reading, playing the piano and learning Latin!
Teddy has been a valued member of the Capital Team since June 2017. He spends his days at work chewing toys, playing fetch, sleeping, and having cuddles. In his spare time he enjoys long walks, tennis balls and playing with his much bigger brothers at home.
