Your tasks:

•Systems engineering lifecycle
•Working knowledge of all parts of a military/civil TT&C ground station, including network infrastructure, encryption, RF
•Satellite Control Centre and Operations,
•Engineering Management
•5+ years in Systems Engineering role within Space Systems Engineering
•Must be able to demonstrate experience of
•Proven Engineering background for delivery of resilient commercial or military TT&C Ground System using encrypted TM & TC.
•Data communications knowledge and particularly Space data communications systems including CORTEX, CCSDS and ESA standards
•Knowledge of Design and implementation/test/acceptance of TT&C systems
•Knowledge of Satellite Operations and design
•Knowledge of encryption products, both high grade military and commercial
•Knowledge of security considerations in design and implementation
•Knowledge of VV&T
•Must be able to demonstrate decision making and leadership
•Be able to adapt under pressure

Desirable:

•Military ground systems an advantage, especially for TT&C systems
•Knowledge of Ground / Space communications
•Familiarity with requirements tracking (e.g. DOORS)
