Your Tasks:

•Understand defence markets and according customer segments mainly in Space
•Identify and interact with key customers in Export countries, NATO and EC
•Identify product and service related business opportunities resulting in RFIs/RFPs
•As the central entry point within the Group coordinate the customer contacts
•Ensure transparency within Group and inform stakeholders on upcoming opportunities
•Participation to international conferences and cultivate Networking
•Support proposal activities and contribute to external defence working groups

Your Qualifications:

•Engineering degree (at least MSc level) e.g. on space or electronics
•Military grade would be of advantage
•Sales Mindset or business development, International relations, defence,
•Communicative skills – oral and written, especially in English, socially perceptive, negotiation skills, service-minded
•Leadership skills to coordinate and manage relations
•Close interaction with the business development manager Defence
•Strategic ability and helicopter perspective, adept in understanding and assessing the needs of existing and future customers
•Willingness to travel and perform dynamic work tasks in a fast-paced environment
