Product Assurance Engineer position (contract) in Sweden

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Assurance Engineer to join our client's team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to the development of a learning organization by training and coaching colleagues, as well as establishing Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) functions in collaboration with customers and Engineering. Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to developing a learning organization through training and coaching of colleagues
- Establish CTQ functions in collaboration with customers and Engineering
- Lead deviation and troubleshooting activities when product requirements are violated
- Implement Product Assurance programs in accordance with set milestones for the projects
- Lead customer critical root cause analysis (RCA) and investigative activities
- Participate in internal audits

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of product assurance processes, methodologies, and tools
- Experience in leading deviation and troubleshooting activities
- Experience in customer critical root cause analysis (RCA) and investigative activities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the space industry is preferred
