Your Tasks
• Scheduling, preparation and execution of all aspects related to the quality assurance of a large, complex and meaningful (technical) projects during integration and test activities
• Companionship and support of integration and test activities
• In the frame of activities in cleanrooms, laboratories and test facilities by applying the relevant ECSS standards e.g. ECSS-Q-ST-10 and ECSS-Q-ST-20
• Support of the PA Manager during reviews / milestone reviews e.g. Critical Design Review (CDR), Delivery
• Review Board (DRB), Test Review Board (TRB), Acceptance Review (AR) etc
• Technical leadership and action planning (schedule of shift work) for the inspectors within the QA internal project team
• Takeover of inspections depending on necessity
• Organization of the quality assurance work packages within the project including the interfaces between AIT, PA and QA
• Execution of Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs) for minor Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to internal AIT activities
• Support of activities in the project:
• Support Non-Conformance Review Boards (NRBs) for major Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) related to internal AIT activities
• Support of the AIT reviews e.g. Integration Readiness Review (IRR), Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Post Test Review (PTR)
• Possibly participation to progress meetings
• Temporarily or permanently other reasonable and equivalent activities according to existing knowledge and skills
Your Qualifications
Technician or Master Craftsmen in a technical domain or comparable qualification
Professional and methodical competence:
Knowledge of the execution of quality assurance topics in the space industry
Knowledge of action planning and organization of shift work
Problem-solving ability
Competence in the professional management of employees
Good communication and cooperation skills
High decision-making ability
Technical leadership skills
Increased willingness for travelling and shift work
