Key Responsibilities:
Develop software components that enhance the performance of satellite modem products leveraging SDR technologies.
Oversee tasks from definition to implementation, ensuring thorough verification and validation.
Respond adeptly to requirements, define sub-systems, highlight potential risks, and strategize test and verification procedures.
Occasionally troubleshoot software challenges in a lab setting.
Commit to lifelong learning, ensuring alignment with developmental needs.
Essential:
Proficiency in Modern C++ software engineering tailored for Linux platforms.
Experience with Eclipse CDT on a Linux-based OS.
Familiarity with device management interfaces such as SNMP, Web.
Competence in Git for version control.
Skilled in inter-process communication protocols.
Experience with test tools like Google Test and Robot Framework.
Knowledge of the Atlassian toolkit, including Jira, Confluence, and BitBucket.
Desirable:
Prior experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
Familiarity with modeling tools like Enterprise Architect (SysML/UML).
Skills in crafting user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Note: Candidates must have or be able to obtain SC clearance.
