End-to-End Contribution: From the initial design to ongoing maintenance, you'll be an integral part of the ground segment development process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, validate, and maintain crucial Ground Segment SW subsystems for mission operations.
• Create and update project documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate on system design, translating requirements into practical use cases.
• Drive verification, validation, and integration efforts for the Ground Segment.
• Participate in Mission System Test and Simulation campaigns, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to the Operations team, assisting in issue resolution and best practices.
• Lead the development of critical ground systems, including Mission Control and Planning.
• Collaborate with external supplier teams, facilitating a smooth development process.
• Implement Agile methodologies to maintain alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Ensure seamless maintenance of ground systems by facilitating communication between teams.
• Manage team members, providing support, feedback, and fostering growth.
• Contribute to resource planning and recruitment efforts, addressing team needs effectively.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
• A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related engineering field.
• 3-5 years of industry experience in software development and engineering.
• Experience in designing satellite user or ground segment products.
• Proficiency in C/C++, Java, and/or Python programming languages.
• Strong familiarity with Linux administration and development.
• Knowledge of Mission Control Systems, particularly SCOS-2000.
• Understanding of ground segment components and their interactions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
• Leadership skills, enabling you to guide and support a team of software engineers.
• Familiarity with ECSS standards.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
ADDED ADVANTAGE:
• Experience or knowledge of Scrum methodologies, either as a team member or Product Owner.
• Familiarity with spacecraft communication protocols and standards (CCSDS, CAN, Spacewire).
