Overview

A key space industry player in Germany is seeking a Product Engineer – Electrical Engineering to support the development 
and delivery of spacecraft systems and components. This is a contract position based in Munich, Germany, with a hybrid work model.

Your Tasks

– Specification and Procurement: Define specifications and requirements for EGSE (Electrical Ground Support Equipment) to ensure 
 optimal spacecraft performance.
– Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of EGSE components.
– Development and Construction of EGSE: Design and build EGSE components in-house when required to meet specific project needs.
– Integration and Maintenance: Ensure proper integration and continuous functionality of EGSE systems throughout the project lifecycle.
– Quality Assurance: Support system testing and verification processes to meet aerospace standards and project requirements.

Your Qualifications

– Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
– Hands-on experience with EGSE or Ground Support Equipment, ideally in the aerospace industry.
– Solid understanding of electronics and communication system development and testing.
– Experience managing suppliers and coordinating with external service providers.
– Strong analytical thinking, attention to quality, and a structured working style.
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
– Fluency in English.
