The Infrastructure Engineer role is accountable for providing technical assistance and instructional documentation to other Resolver Groups within Client’s wider Service Operations.
There is a requirement for this role to cover 24/7 call out and therefore will be required share this activity with other members of the Service Support engineering Team.

Key Accountabilities:

•You will manage the automation and provisioning of environments across the organisation's platforms
•You will lead the support, implementation and maintenance of automated pipelines for all platform activities
•You will manage the build and deployment of software artefacts to all environments with a defined and documented release process
•Specify and deploy appropriate management tools to monitor the health of software artefacts
•You will work closely with key team members to instil best practices
•Accountable for the performance of the technical and operational service elements that are delivered.


Skills & Experience:

•VMWare experience on a cloud-based Platform
•Strong Technical competence in Networking, with a strong understanding of other technologies, such as Windows, SAN, Security, Virtualisation.
•Strong skills in interpreting and producing and tracking technical documentation.
•Strong communications skills Ability to plan, prepare and organise implementation, over a period of several months.
•Ability to communicate effectively written and verbally with stakeholders at all levels, from end users to project managers, and architects. Including providing information which will support and influence the decision making process within the service management internal and external environments.
•High level technical service delivery
