Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical reviewer across various engineering domains, offering expert guidance and solutions for intricate technical queries.
Problem-solving Expertise: Lead the resolution of technical challenges, collaborating seamlessly across engineering teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Project Oversight and Development: Direct and guide technical development and implementation within crucial programmes, providing essential insights during project reviews to ensure successful outcomes.
Engineering Excellence: Establish and maintain high-quality standards and procedures across engineering, defining and refining processes critical for our operational success.
What You'll Bring:
Qualifications: A degree in engineering is mandatory.
Expertise: Extensive experience in spacecraft systems development and design, ideally in a systems architecture role, with a minimum of ten years in your specialised area.
Project Acumen: Proven success in managing long-term, complex projects and programmes within commercial environments.
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical capabilities with strong communication and influential abilities at all organisational levels.
