The main activities will be to reproduce the issue raised by the customer, perform 1st level debug to describe and explain to the R&D team.
You will be an interface with other members of the customer support team, who follow the specification and product description.
You will also be the interface to validate the specification and to plan end user test cases.

Technical know-how required:
- Knowledge of end-user experience
- Validation and test environment (tools to execute the test, tools to raise the issues)
- Able to communicate effectively with the customer and R&D teams
- Pro-active approach
- Languages: Fluent Italian and very good English

This is a long term contract/freelance position, for an initial period of 6 months.
